Coffee is loved worldwide, yet the outer shell of the coffee cherry – known as cascara – is still largely discarded during coffee production despite its rich phytochemical composition. Cascara Pro is derived from upcycled organic coffee cherry cascara sourced through a traceable supply chain in Brazil.
