Treatment of personal data

A valid email address is required in order to receive the newsletter. We also store the IP address used when you subscribed to the newsletter, as well as the date on which you subscribed. We use these data as proof of misuse in the event that someone else’s email address was used to subscribe to the newsletter. In addition, in order to ensure that an email address was not improperly recorded in our mailing list by a third party, we work in conformity with the law and use a so-called double opt-in procedure. In connection with this procedure, a record is made about the subscription to the newsletter, the sending of the confirmation email, and the receipt of the subscription confirmation.
You may at any time revoke your consent to the storage of data, your email address, and its use for sending the newsletter.

If you contact us using the online form or by email, we store the information provided by you in order to be able to answer your enquiry and ask potential follow-up questions.

Embedding of third-party services and content
Our website occasionally includes content and services of other providers, such as maps provided by Google Maps, YouTube videos, and graphics and images of other websites. The IP address has to be transmitted in order for these data to be accessed by and displayed in the user’s browser. In other words, the providers (hereinafter, “third-party providers”) can see the user’s IP address.
Even if we make every effort to limit our use of third-party providers to those who require the IP address only to deliver content, we have no influence over whether they store the IP address or not. In that case, this process is used, inter alia, for statistical purposes. If we are become aware that the IP address is being stored, we will inform our users.
